T’is Lent and time for some to celebrate the old Irish tradition of St Patrick’s Day. The Café at the Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa in Cape Town has an Irish buffet dinner planned for the occasion on March 17.

Traditionally, the meal on St Patrick’s Day is Irish bacon and cabbage, but there will be none of that this time at the Twelve Apostles.

Instead, graze on a buffet meal comprising more modern Irish dishes from chef Roberto de Carvalho. Sit inside or nab an outside table with gorgeous views of the sea.
