Learn how to braai like an expert with this Heritage Day masterclass

The braai-themed masterclass is the second of three, each of which takes place at the Radisson RED Hotel at the V&A Waterfront with just 12 participants per class. After the experts show you how to throw your best-ever dinner party, you’ll all sit down to enjoy the meal.

The first masterclass was curry-themed, where Zola and Morné faced off with their own versions of the popular dish. “My cooking style and Morné’s cooking style differ so much, yet somehow we manage to find a fun middle ground where the food is the star of the show,” says Zola. “We share our tips and tricks during this fun and relaxed cooking masterclass, so that attendees feel at ease and confident to recreate our recipes in their own homes.”

The ‘Braailicious’ masterclass will take place on 24 September at the Radisson RED Hotel at the V&A Waterfront from 9.30am to 1.30pm. Tickets are available via Nuticket and include all meals prepared during the masterclass, drinks, a take-home goodie bag and a chance to win prizes.
