Engen Oxford Convenience Centre (Rosebank)

Open 24 hours

Don’t expect the usual serving of grey garage pies here! Step into a modern, well-lit, late-night, mini Woolworths store. The range and options place this ‘Convenience Centre’ well above your average garage shop. Look out for this level of quality and selection in your local convenience store.

KFC

Most stores close at 10pm

Sometimes, that secret blend of herbs and spices just hits the right spot.

MacDonald’s (Grayston)

24 hour drive-thru

Some people swear by a Big Mac and fries late at night. Some say it is best to give it a wide birth to avoid getting a wide girth. Do what your metabolism and conscience dictate but keep reading for more options.

Andiccio 24 (Illovo, Greenside)

Open 24 hours on the weekend, till 2am weekdays

Get your choice of toppings on the base of your choice (based range between R50 to about R150). This includes gluten-free, vegan and banting options (cauliflower base). Toppings include veggies (R30), herbs and greens ( R14), cheese (R50), meat and protein (R30 to R50). You can even choose Smoked Norwegian Salmon (R84) and caviar (R250) if you are having that sort of a night. Coffee, pasta and beer are also on offer and you can round things off with one of their famous Nutella base, dessert pizzas.
