For World Egg Day we just had to catch up with Farmer Angus, Spier‘s free-range egg expert. He taught us some quick egg lingo and the correct way to store eggs, and even downed a raw one right in front of us! (Make sure to watch for the reaction from Camphor at Vergelegen‘s Michael Cooke – it’s worth it.)
