1. The promoter of this competition is Media24 Proprietary Limited (“Media24”, “we” or “us”).
2. The competition is open to South African residents only.
3. Entrants must be over the age of 18.
4. Competition closes at 23:59 (SAST) on 13 April 2026.
5. The following persons are excluded from this competition:
5.1 A director, member, partner, employee or agent of, or consultant to Media24 or Truman & Orange or
5.2 any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Media24 or Truman & Orange; and
5.3 a supplier of goods or services in connection with this competition; and
5.4 the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of the parties referred to in 5.1 and 5.2, and
5.5 anyone who won a Media24 competition within the last 90 calendar days.
6. All entries, duly completed, must be received by Media24 before the competition closing date and time. If not, such entry will not be eligible, regardless of the reason for the late receipt, including due to lost, late or misdirected mail; printing errors; server unavailability; or computer or any other electronic or telecommunications malfunction.
7. All entries received that are mutilated, tampered with, or illegible will be void.
8. Only one entry per valid email address will be considered.
9. Entrants must complete the entry form, as well as like and comment on the video post on Instagram.

WINNER SELECTION

10. The prize winner will be selected randomly from valid participants.
11. The auditors’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition winner.
12. The winner will be notified using the contact details provided to us in the entry form.
13. You have the right to decline:
13.1 the use of your image in marketing material;
13.2 an invitation to participate in any marketing activity;
13.3 an invitation to be present when the draw is taking place or the winner is announced.
14. If the prizes are sponsored by a third party, that third party will be entitled to receive the personal information of the entrants and the identity of the third party will be mentioned.

PRIZE

15. The prize is non-transferable and may not be converted.
16. The prize consists of one voucher for the flagship dining experience at Hoseki at Delaire Graff Estate. The voucher is exclusively valid for dining at Hoseki at Delaire Graff Estate and will cover the set menu and wine pairing for two people, plus the gratuity for the meal, to the value of R9 720. Travel, accommodation, and any other associated costs are excluded and remain the winner's responsibility.
17. The winner is responsible for noting the expiry date on the restaurant voucher. Expired vouchers will not be honoured and cannot be replaced or refunded.
18. Winners who make reservations requiring deposits and fail to honour their bookings could forfeit any deposits paid, in accordance with the restaurant’s policy.

GENERAL RULES

19. These are the general competition Terms and Conditions. We may add additional terms and conditions for specific competitions and if we do, both these terms and conditions and those specific competition terms and conditions will apply, unless there is a conflict between them, in which case the specific competition terms and conditions apply.
20. We and our sponsors reserve the right to vary, postpone, suspend, or cancel the competition, prizes, or any aspect thereof without notice at any time for any reason. In the event of such variation, postponement, suspension, or cancellation, you waive any rights, interests, or expectations against Media24 or our sponsors and acknowledge no recourse against us.
21. We reserve the right to refuse payment or handing over of a prize to any potential winner who refuses to, or cannot, provide sufficient documentation to verify his/her identity.
22. You may not be awarded a prize if it is unlawful for us to supply such a prize to you.
23. No “automated” entries will be allowed, and all entries must be made by a natural person manually on our platforms where the competition is displayed.
24. If any entry has been made in any manner which in Media24’s discretion may provide an entrant with an unfair advantage over other entrants, unless these rules specifically allow such conduct, such entrant will be automatically disqualified from this and all future competitions run by Media24.
25. If a winner cannot be reached within three attempts using the contact details provided, a new winner will be selected.
26. Media24 and the prize sponsor accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury caused by entering or participating in this competition.
