Ingredients

300ml Van Ryn’s 10 Year Vintage Brandy

4 pitted dates

4 coarsely chopped figs

100ml apple juice

50ml cream

Method

Muddle the dates, figs and brandy together. Add the apple juice and cream and shake over ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into four martini or margarita glasses.
