Privilèged Palmer

This Hennessy cocktail is made with Hennessy Privilège and Grand Marnier.

Ingredients

37.5ml Hennessy Privilège

12.5ml Grand Marnier

50ml unsweetened Black tea (preferably Orange Pekoe)

25ml fresh lemon juice

25ml simple syrup

25ml Orange Marmalade

Garnish: Orange Twist and a Lemon Wheel

Glass: Collins

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and shake until chilled. Strain into a Collins glass with ice. Garnish with a twist of orange and a lemon wheel.
