Ahara Indian Restaurant

We picked a beautiful Saturday afternoon to go to Ahara with some friends, a friendly lady seated us at a table close to the entrance because that was the only table in the restaurant that wasn’t full. Not only will you eat the most delicious food, you will be treated as Royalty set in a great ambience. I would’ve never guessed that Illovo offers such good Indian food. A friend that lives in the area suggested it and swears by this place and loves it. It’s a dream and full of mouth watering drool pooling flavours. I also believe the chef has been flown in from India. For the main course, we ordered a portion of Tandoori Chicken, Lamb Korma and Prawn Vindaloo, which also came with green coconut chutney that just added to the taste. The Tandoori Chicken was succulent and seasoned just right. The portions were generous and not too spicy, good value for money. This will definitely be one of my regular restaurants.
