The decor is absolutely perfect for a sunny Kloof Nek afternoon - solo diners in particular are well-accommodated at lovely broad benches facing out into the street, windows open. Looking for a carb-free option, I asked if the kitchen could put together a taco salad for me - something I was surprised not to see represented on the menu in this Banting-crazy area. Both the waitress and kitchen staff were very accommodating, and my 'taco plate' was delicious. One drawback is that the portion sizes are a little smaller than what you might get across the road at The Power and the Glory for the same price.
