We complained to the manager about the jacuzzi not working and we were very willing to pay the balance we just wanted to tell her we were disappointed as we had specifically booked that room for the jacuzzi. She then screamed at us in the entrance area, right in front of other guests "GET OUT! GET OUT! IM SICK OF PEOPLE LIKE YOU COMPLAINING!" I then told her she was being very rude and I have worked in a hotel before and you never ever speak to guests like that to which she replied "GOOD FOR YOU!" And slammed the door in our faces! Truly disgusting behavior! She is not capable of being a manager if she is not even able to make a polite apology to a guest. We left in complete shock. That woman has something wrong with her if she thinks she can scream at people as she pleases. I stayed there last year and thoroughly enjoyed it, I will never go back! Her behavior was unbelievable, her appearance extremely unprofessional and not what you would like to see as you walk in to a hotel. We were verbally abused and I will do everything in my power to spread the word about this rude, aggressive, unprofessional and disgusting woman! I believe her name is Jackie. There is no excuse for this
