Kong Roast

I visited on a Saturday evening with a table reserved for 9pm. From the moment we arrived at the front desk, it was a shambles. The hostess didnt bother asking about our reservation and led us to a table which was not laid. When we informed her we would prefer a booth we were shunted to a dirty booth. there were only two of us but four wine glasses were lined up on our table for the duration of the night. Our waiter Dennis then did his utmost to continue the shambles. Unattentive and slow. We ordered several dim sum dishes and a duck dish to share. The dim sum was good but the main course was atrocious, what looked like half a fatty duck breast. Our side order of noodles didnt arrive with the mains and we had to flag down a second waiter because Dennis just disappeared. When it did arrive it was one big homogenous mess. Upon informing our waiter, he said he would let the manager know. Upon his return he informed us that there was nothing the manager could do about our complaint as the chef had already left. Avoid Kong like the plague!
