Firstly I phoned and made a reservation the day before valentines. Knowing they would probably be busy, I thought it best to call first. When we got there, no reservation had been made. Andrea, the owner said it was probably a mishap and accommodated us anyway. It all went down hill very fast. We were not offered the valentines special or even told about it. We were ignored from the time we got there. The service, the food and our experience was terrible. We would have had more fun at Mc Donalds. Thanks for ruining my 6 year olds valentines dinner. We won't be going here again, do yourself a favour, don't go either
