I was meeting with my husband for lunch at Barcelos Obs, and we sat down on a table so while waiting to place our order, I had to use the bathroom to change my sanitary pad since I was heavily bleeding and a Zimbabwean Gladys Makiwa refused to open the toilet door simply because of "company policy". I went closer to her and whispered that I need a change thinking she would be ethical since she is a woman and would understand the situation but still wouldn't care, we ended up paying anything just so we can use the bathroom, I didn't even enjoy what I bought because I lost appetite with the manner in which I was treated. If we all would act like that because of company policy then I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, I own a business myself and there are times when I have to do things out of my way to help that's being humane
