Owner's description

The restaurant serves mainly seafood true to their location, but offer meat, poultry and vegetarian dishes as well. The Prawn Springrolls with a dipping sauce are an absolute must for starters whilst the Seafood Curry is legendary and is a great first choice for your main meal.

For a bit of variety try the Beaches Basket filled with samoosas, springrolls, fish bites, mussels and calamari. What better way to end off your seaside meal than indulging in the restaurant's ever popular Créme Brûlée for dessert with a fresh cup of freshly brewed coffee.

The restaurant also offer a selection of local wines, sourced from the Swartland area, thus keeping the theme of local and fresh fare.

Worst service ever manager extremely rude worst experience ever in my life was disgracefull.
Please change the cost rating as it is much more expensive and not with it at all. Food was not terrible but nothing more than average. Bland. Won't return.
We chose to eat here, because of the view of the beach. I wont go there again. I left hungry because of the small portion sizes (and I am a modest eater) which, even had they been big enough, would have been overpriced. I left hungry, feeling ripped off.
We were the in March 2014 and the food was excellent i do not know why people is such a shitty the view is stunning and the food was excellent. We had lunch there. We went to a small coffee shop in die morning did not know about the boathouse and the food we got from the other coffee shop was so little and the price for it to bad and we waited so long for that. Well Beaches we love your food and thank you for your excellent service. Your great.
We had a pre-wedding dinner here for 60 or so people.

Owing to the poor service, warm drinks and the manager getting involved in an altercation with a guest, we would definitely not return.
