We went there for Valentine's day (2015) and was utterly disgusted by the rotten pork schnitzel I had. It smelled bad when the waiter presented to me. We called the manager over and told him the food was off. He just abruptly told the waitress to take it away. We shared the crumbed mushrooms, but they were soggy and not tasty at all. Needless to say we did not order anything else after tasting the schnitzel. My husband did not even finish his food. Atmosphere and place is amazing, but sadly the food was disgusting. Will never see us again...

Have not been to the Berlin Pub for years and last week decided to try it out again. What a surprise, they have ugraded the place and we had a wonderful day sitting outside enjoying our drinks and the food was superb. Enjoyable day had by all.

Venue nice but food disgusting. Old oil was used for cold chips and the chicken & pork schnitzels, nothing German here but a bad taste in your mouth. Will never eat here again.
Great food, great prices. Management also helped get a locksmith after we locked keys in the car.
In 2011, so sad to visit a place that is still living in the dark ages. I tried ordering drinks at the bar but the bartender insisted on speaking to me in Afrikaans, after eventually getting the drinks, I paid by card which was then left at the end of the counter. I tried ordering a few minutes later but was completely ignored, we left soon after and sad to say will never be back. Very dissapointing.
