    Two of our party of five who had exactly the same courses spent the night vomiting. This was reported the next morning and, whilst there was a prompt reply, it felt like it was replete with platitudes and the promise that feedback would be given after tests were done has not materialised over a week later. Other "experiences" include a) R500 deposit per person required to secure a booking; and b) gratuity of 12.5% was automatically added to the bill.
