Terrible experience for a 1st timer. The gentleman who was supposed to assist me was very rude and didn't even want to assist me. I had to storm out of the establishment due to his appalling attitude. I would suggest you teach your staff customer service as I also work in a customer orientated environment.

So every time I'm in Clearwater I think, today I'm gonna try Cafe Rousse... today I finally decided to go in. Firstly I get an odd stare for dining alone, then it takes 10 minutes to get a waiter to take my drinks order... I had a few questions about the specials, but decided to rather just order a trusted option. But after ordering and the waiter walking away, he came back to inform me that they have no Bolognese.... Now for some one that works in the industry I completely understand out.of stocks... but Bolognese???? So I cannot comment on the food, as I had none.
