Serving traditional Karoo cuisine to the very highest of standards, the cuisine varies on a daily basis depending on the availability of products here in the Roggeveld. Certain dishes have however become trademarks at Cluster d’ Hote, this being Lamb shank, Lamb chops and also our Swiss trimmed Beef Fillet. The focus however remains on variety, fusion of flavours and combination of ingredients.
