You’ll find art, food and farm stall goodies in equal measure at this eye-catching spot right on the N7. Just look out for the gleaming corrugated-iron roof and wire hearts. Indoors, there’s a good spread of locally made jams (peach and kumquat is a rare find) along with fruit rolls, seeds and freshly baked chocolate brownies. The cosy restaurant has a fire for winter mornings, and a sunny terrace for the summer.
There’s lots of fresh local produce here, including Cederberg olives, Biedouw rooibos and oranges, naartjies and pumpkins in season.
