    I would hereby like to bring our experience with above restaurant under your attention, We were 4 adults and one child who wanted to go for a quick bite at this “famous” restaurant on Saturday afternoon 26 October at 17:00pm, We pitched up there, and they were fully packed, we left our number and gave up our names for a seating, which they told us would take 45 minutes, no problem we thought. We then went to explore the rest of what time square had to offer. They phoned us and we went to the restaurant again. The hostess showed us to our table and then this lovely lady left us. One of the floor managers was kind enough to assist with taking our drinks order. After a while our waitress took our order for the food. We sat for an hour at that table. She did not once come again to us to ask if we need anything. So after an hour we started to ask how long the food is still going to take. She went to the kitchen and I saw them in a heated conversation with the floor manager, kitchen staff etc. I gathered by the looks of it, in my opinion that she forget about us and she forgot to order our food. So after starting to ask questions and trying to get hold of her after 60 minutes she pitched up with an apology. There was a private function on the top part of the restaurant. Which for obvious reasons I did notice because you could see some of the “floor managers” running up and down those stairs like their lives depend on it. And there we sat, looking at them, and yes they looked at us, very politely and friendly might I add. So our non-existent waitress explained to us the following, because of the VIP’s at the top portion, their food took priority for the night, and we can only get our food when their orders have been completed. So now I am asking myself, what kind of restaurant does this? To give preference to a certain group of people? Why did you not tell me this before we sat down? But on the other hand, ALL the people around us got their food, and you will not believe this, some of them ordered dessert as well!! And we sat there, looking at everyone get served except us? Your service are zero, me recommending you to anyone, another zero. I have never been treated this way in my life at ANY restaurant. This restaurant with this famous chef’s name is a slap in his face. I will make this my life mission to let him know how you drag his name through the mud. Pathetic staff each and every one, that passed our Table with a lovely smile running up and down those stairs to attend to your “Very Important People” at the top part, They should have treated everyone with the same respect in that restaurant. I will however suggest, should they EVER have the need to only attend to a private function, close your doors to the public, as you treat them like total @#$!@, Let’s see how long this restaurant keep their door open, and should it not, keep this email for future reference when they need to answer questions. And yes, don’t we all work to support our families? Keep this email and read to all the staff the day you close the doors for the last time. Maybe then the will realise the importance of the public paying your salaries, and yes us (the public) keep the door open.
    Shocking, absolutely Shocking. This is not the first time we have visited Guy Fieri’s Kitchen + Bar (Menlyn), but with every visit, there is a clear decline in service whilst the prices just no longer justify the inconvenience or the quality of the food. At this last visit (9.08.2019), we are told by our waiter that there is No Chicken available as everything is still "frozen" and that he recommends that we look at the beef Burgers only. We, for the first time, contemplated leaving and looking for another restaurant but because this was the first visit for one of our guests, we decided to stay. Just after we ordered we see an order of "Chicken fried Chicken" going to the table next to us. We asked our waiter what was going on, who then asked the kitchen, and a verbal quarrel ensued in full sight of all whole restaurant. Is this how far the service has declined? After a quick look around, we noticed decor removed from the walls, one of the stalls in the men's bathroom needed repair, of the tables, had not been cleaned up properly and a general lax unconcerned attitude of some of the waiters (not all), almost as if there was just no management of the restaurant anymore, however, the manager was on duty. If you are going to charge Las Vegas pricing, then we expect Las Vegas service and quality. We are extremely saddened by what we experienced and our recommendation is: Just give it a skip.
    Usually the food is quite good, but last night I got chicken nachos to take away. Half an hour after eating the one of the two portions provided, I needed to visit the bathroom as I was so sick I could not keep it in. I spent most of the night in the bathroom. I will never have the nachos again. The burgers are nice though, well at least the times I had them, but I would rather visit one of the other restaurants from now on.
    My wife Nelta and myself are normal Pretoria boerkies who enjoy gourmet food and we both agree that Guy Fieri's Bacon Mac 'n Cheese burger is by far the best burger we ever had. The strong cheddar cheese and donkey sauce really drowned us with flavours and the crispy onions and creative chips round it off to make it a world class meal. Guy Fieri, please keep sending those signature dishes to South Africa, we enjoy them.
    Disappointed! We ate here a year ago for my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. So much so, we decided to repeat it this year, with more friends. Unfortunately the experience left much to be desired. Nachos were OK but mushrooms was a tiny portion, considering it was for sharing. Most of the mains were OK, thought the wings were a small portion and the chilli ones with the coatings weren't great. Unfortunately half way through the evening, they suddenly put up a dj who played dreadful house music, which killed the atmosphere. I won't be back...
    Worst meal I've had in a long time order the turkey on pretzel very little turkey and quite tasteless. There waffle chips are not fresh come out of a package of frozen wFfle chips. We also ordered a pasta chicken Alfredo and it was inedible. Burgers were very ordenery
    I had such bad service at Guy fieri's restaurant yesterday. We didnt feel welcome at all. When the food finally arrived after some time it was just okay, for the price we paid. Our waitress was very unfriendly. She looked so angry.. When we finally decided to leave we paid our bill & tipped her with R30.00 which was a lot considering the services we got. She then made a scean & told us about the standard 10% tip. The 10% tip was not a problem, but how do i pay 10% tip for a rubbish services. I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE OR EVEN ADVISE ANYONE TO GO THERE. TRASH SERVICE!! I mean we were there to celebrate a birthday.
