They brought the wrong order I had orders a Phadthai Wrap it was disgusting no taste dry yuk I think Kuwai made a far better one You charge R 74 00 and don’t give value for money I really think you need to up your game I feel cheated Isaac
A really disappointing experience eating at this place on 30 April. The customer service was shocking - it took us several requests before some napkins were brought to the table. However, the more worrying point to mention was the fact that the tea served, had a dead ant in there. We proceeded to bring the manager to the table, who clearly did not understand the extent of our disappointment, and was barely apologetic. Will not be heading back to this place again.
Fabulous healthy food, friendly staff, and wifi :)
I tried to have lunch at Nu, Sea Point today, ordered a smoothie and a wrap, after 45 minutes my wrap still hadn't arrived, I asked a waitress who walked by where my food was, she just said in a rude way while walking past and avoiding eye contact, "It's coming" Then I went up to the counter to inquire, this waitress(or manager) was also not too interested in helping, after asking for the second time, she went to the back, she also just said it's coming, in a rude dismissive way. At that point I walked out, I could see they were only starting with my food. The service, time wastage and lack of respect at this place leaves a very bad taste in one's mouth, the only taste I got. Perhaps you should consider that as a place that tries to cater for the health conscious, your food is not the only effect you have on your clienteles health, when you result in getting your patrons' blood to boil. I've seen similar complaints.
The service I got there yesterday was incredibly bad. The restaurant was busy. I ordered three drinks and went to the playground with my kids for 20 minutes and then to Woolies and did all my shopping. I returned to the Café to collect my order after 40 minutes and it still wasn't ready. All the patrons who had ordered after me who had bigger orders were already drinking theirs. My kids and I were the only black customers there. When I complained to the owner she didn't even stop serving people to attend to my complaint, she walked away to deliver food and on her return she gave me a drive by apology. It was like I had been taken back in time to the "good " old apartheid days. UNACCEPTABLE. I got the distinct feeling that her staff have been instructed to mistreat black customers. Absolutely disgusting in 2015! I ended up leaving one of my drinks because of her non chalance.
