Today was the first and last time my mother and I will ever go to Q4Prawns. We waited an hour for our very average food, were given no explanation or excuse about the delay, the rice was under cooked and the cherry on top was tearing my blouse on the rough edge of the table as we were leaving. When I complained to the manager and said we were not even offered so much as a bread roll to quell our hunger pangs while we waited, all he said was "We don't do bread rolls". No apology or excuse for the shocking service. For a meal for two that cost almost R500, I expect better. I will NEVER go there again. Not impressed with the attitude, service, food .. The only good thing was the lime milkshake!
