We had dinner over December at the Skiboat Club. We were specifically looking for prawns. We were revered as the restaurant in St. Lucia with the best prawns.
Our expectations were high and were really disappointed when the food arrived. The prawns was over-cooked and dry.
Here I have to give credit to our waiter, Henk, who handled this VERY professionally - he quickly arranged for a new order, and this time the prawns were cooked perfect.
Employees like Henk, who goes out of his way protect a company's name and reputation, should treasured.
