The warmest and most sincere welcome to the River Club Slug & Lettuce, nestled in the oldest urbanised river valley in South Africa, Liesbeek River Parkway. Here we delight in offering you exceptional quality in each of the thoughtfully selected dishes that feature on our menu; from our award winning burgers to scrumptious breakfasts and possibly the best hand crafted pizzas in town.
Our incredibly well stocked bar includes only the finest locally brewed draughts and craft beers, alongside a magnificent selection of single malts, brandies, cognacs, cocktails and specially selected wines.

Shocking service. Walked out after 10 minutes of no service from the 4 waiters and what looked like a manager hanging around the till on a quiet Tuesday afternoon. Not the first time I’ve walked out.
