The toad always delivers! Delicious food, generous helpings, great service and a nice vibe. A local favourite.

Wondering if the waiters here are adding drinks to bills, when you havent had them, on purpose. When we pointed it out to the waiter, he didnt seem too bothered by the mistake.

We had lunch here on Sunday for my Grandmothers birthday. We had the worst service I have experienced in a long time. When the waiter was actually at the table he was great, but we waited about 20 minutes for a drinks menu after we arrived and it just got worse from there. Food took forever (but it was nice when it came), wine was never topped up. The only thing that came quick was the bill. It put a real damper on our family celebration. I would not point fingers at the waiter himself, because we noticed that there were only two waiters serving the entire restaurant (inside and outside). On a beautiful sunny Sunday at Noordhoek Village! Poor management if you ask me. The Nags Head used to ne a favourite for grannys birthdays for years, but I doubt we will go back.
