I had a bad experience here. I think the main problem was that none of the waiters is local and their English is sub-standard. The tea I got was horrible and I could not explain to the waiter what was wrong. We had to point to what we wanted on the menu. The waiter could not explain what the sweet potato chips look like (they're not good btw) and then when I asked for a medium rare lamb burger it came out overcooked and dry. Therefore my eating experience was poor.
We won't be back, super dissapointed. We ordered coffee and some breakfast and we waited 45 minutes, only to receive cold food. The manager advised that she saw us waiting but didn't do anything about it :( The view of the waterfront was the only thing this place has going for it.
Terrible experience. I firstly had to chew my way through a tough piece of bread that was supposed to be part of my burger, then i found a coin in burger patty. Management brushed it off with a R60 discount. This shows unhygenic practices and little regard for customers. Won't be back.
