Such a sad experience when the owners nephew who is in charge is the creator of a TERRIBLE customer service experience. I am sure the owner, who is so passionate about her businesses would not have been impressed herself.
Our food took an hour, was just ok, with 1 meal being uneaten as it was not good. The manager was called to our table and instead of graciously receiving our comments, he took to expressing that his kitchen was busy, he did not need to explain the operations of his kitchen to me, the fact that we asked the waitress to bring whatever was ready and not drag the entire table of 8 for 1 meal caused his kitchen delays and confusion (assuming he was trying to blame this on us), and finally he mentioned they pride themselves on service and walked away.
I have known Maro for near 20 years, support her in the Ninos from springfield days, and would like to say that sadly your nephew is a poor reflection on the hard work you have put in over the years, and he really could learn from your customer service passion. We wont be back I am afraid, and this is rather sad.
