Food:

A deep understanding of the art of cooking shows through some of the region’s finest dishes prepared by chef Grégory Czarnecki. Through optimum cooking, unique flavours and balanced textures, he delivers sumptuous quail served with bourbon marmalade; cob with chestnut gnocchi; and a sublime oxtail ravioli with toasted pistachios.

Wine:

The concept values wine as much as it does food. Waterkloof wines, available by the glass, are recommended with the food.

Service:

Pleasant, professional service ensures that every simple meal is an enjoyable and memorable one.

Ambience:

Multiple volume and wrap-around windows enhance the elegance of the monolith on a hill, which overlooks vine-covered mountains and the sea. Added features are the glass-fronted kitchen and large artworks.

And...:

Enjoy a glass of bubbly at the intriguing fireplace in the retro lounge. (M&CR, October 2011)
