Franschhoek Kitchen

Situated on the Holden Manz estate, this new Franschhoek restaurant relies very much on the farm's veggie patch, herb garden and fruit orchards for its produce. The menu changes every other day and may include starters such as Caprese salad or grilled squid, and classic, hearty mains like steak with fries and green salad, or line fish with baby tomatoes and asparagus. Desserts are a must, so save space for sweets like white chocolate mousse or lemon tart.

Loved the 'tapas Sunday' experience. A very high standard of food and service and the setting was breathtaking!
