Good Night Fridays (V&A Waterfront)

This Friday-night soiree happens all over the Waterfront, with a series of activities at different locations at the V&A Waterfront, including food and wine experiences, art installations and dancing.

Franschhoek Uncorked Festival (Franschhoek)

The French-inspired town allows you to visit the wine farms in the valley and try out new releases. Tickets are available on Webtickets and the collection point is at Allée Bleue.

Fitch and Leedes Gin and Tonic Festival (Cape Town)

Expect food stalls, local music and some great gin. The ticket price includes a gin tasting glass and a free gin taster. Tickets are on sale on Webtickets.

Pinotage on Tap (Wellington)

This wine get-together features live music and food stalls on a wine farm. You’ll taste its coffee, pinotage and other products.

Hermanus Wine & Food Festival (Hermanus)

Voted as one South Africa’s top 10 festivals, the Hermanus Wine & Food Festival brings together over 65 premium wines, craft beers and food stalls. Bonus: the ocean is right there. Tickets will be available at the location for R150 each.

Bottomless Gin and Sushi (Cape Town)

Enjoy bottomless gin and a complimentary sushi platter every Wednesday at the Southern Sun. It’s R180 per person and is available from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.

Eat Out Steak Out (Cape Town)

After three successful years in Jozi, the Eat Out Steak Out is finally coming to Cape Town. Top local steakhouses will impress guests with their signature cuts of steak. R350 gets you entry, a taster from each of the eight steakhouses at the event, a Tramontane steak knife and two free drinks. Doors open at 12pm and a cash bar will be available.
