When the man himself is not around his staff seem to get sloppy and forgetful. Forgot to bring the wine we ordered, forgot / mixed up our order (starter and main at same time).Why are the wedges so hot and the famous burger ice cold?It used to be one of our favourite places for just dropping in for a quick meal or a relaxed couple hours with good food, enjoying wine and the atmosphere.And please - you have more than enough tables now, dont squeeze in more. Perhaps a new policy that it is not OK to hang out and keep a table for hours with one coffee and a glas of tap water? Or guests playing cards endlessly without having a drink or food. I know your bistro with its relaxed atmosphere is a popular place to hang out, but even students with almost no money should understand that it is your way of living (and earning some along the way) too. Hope next time I come around and you will have a table free and I can order a nice warm respectable burger!
