Gibson’s Gourmet Burgers and Ribs

Unimpressive food supported by lackluster service. The sauce on my burger seemed to have no measurement or ratio to it -- simply enough to make it look a mess. Tasting the guacamole topping splattered onto my plate revealed a forkful of ice -- definitely not freshly made. The chips were few and under-seasoned in addition to being barely lukewarm on arrival. The sauces on the table are frankly inedible -- don't be fooled by their Spur-like appearance. This is definitely a milkshake spot (they have a massive range and the milkshakes themselves are massive, earning their price tag), but best gone to with a company you don't intend on speaking to -- the place is incredibly loud. Expect kids to bump into your table many times and to wait for service. Best for milkshakes as dessert after dinner at a better establishment.
