Tea Room at Durban Botanical Gardens

I went to the tea room at the botanical gardens today 10/10/2016. I received TERRIBLE SERVICE from the woman at the counter. She is very rude and arrogant and does not make people feel welcome. It costs NOTHING to smile at patrons who are coming there to relax. She does not have any people skills. That place is one of the key reasons as to why I went there ,but sadly really fell drastically low of my expectations. The woman at the counter needs to learn some people skills and understand that we are patrons contributing to the Botanical Gardens and not only there to receive TERRIBLE SERVICE from her. I hope management takes this into consideration. I will return to see if she greets people with a "Smile" -bad service
