We went for dinner on Friday night, and on the whole the evening was fine. However, both my sister-in-law and I didn't finish our mains and asked to take the rest home as we both had a substantial amount leftover on our plate (meat, starch, sauce and veg). When we opened our takeaway boxes the next day, we saw that they only packaged the meat, and not the starch, sauce or veg we still had left on our plate. Considering we paid about R500 per head, and still paid for the extras like the starch and sauces, I expect them to be part of my take-home leftovers. I'm not sure why it's left up to them to decide what we will want to eat as part of our leftovers... We paid for the whole meal, I want the whole meal. Because of that and the fact that we felt the food was not worth the prices, especially having to pay extra for starch and sauces etc, we won't be back.
