Food

The menu is small and concise. Breakfast is served until 11.30am and promises a choice between a traditional Benedict, cold oats and seasonal fruit.

Smoothies and trendy smoothie bowls are offered all day and come served topped with a scattering of seeds and gluten-free granola. The beautifully bright and colorful dragon fruit smoothie bowl tastes as vibrant as it looks. It’s deliciously cold and refreshing, with a tropical dragon fruit flavour.

Seasonal salads are served from 12pm in generous portions. The roasted peach salad served with Parma ham is a delicious balance of sweet and savoury and the buttery sautéed leeks add a delicious creaminess and, along with the crackle of the croutons, it makes for an excitingly textural taste explosion.

There is also a selection of sandwiches, served all day, on your choice of sourdough or rye.

For those with a sweet tooth, there’s a selection of pastries and muffins, as well as gluten-free banana bread made using quinoa and cocoa.

Drinks

Sip on one of the classic coffees or try turmeric, beetroot or matcha lattes. Order a fresh juice combo by naming the colour – red, orange, pink or green. Freshly squeezed orange juice is also available, made even more inviting by the orange press that forms part of the décor. Juices and iced coffees are served with environmentally conscious bamboo straws.

Ambience

This quaint little spot is situated next to an African décor and arts store named Out of This World. The space is very quiet and relaxed, with minimalist white walls and linen-draped chairs. It’s fairly open and breezy, which makes you feel like you are outdoors even when you aren’t. It’s ideal for a quiet breakfast, lunch with friends, or a business lunch meeting.

Service

Service is relaxed and efficient.
