Black gold

This creamy cocktail combines cherries and chocolate to create the perfect boozy ending to a meal.

Serves: 4

Ingredients

200ml Oude Meester Demant

100ml dark chocolate liqueur

100ml cherry liqueur

60ml cherry syrup

8 cherries

200ml cream

50g sliced into thin shavings dark chocolate

Method

Combine all the ingredients, except the cream, in a bar blender and blend until smooth. Divide equally between four glasses. Whip the cream until a thick pouring consistency is achieved. Pour the cream on top of the brandy mix in each glass and garnish with the chocolate shavings.
