Chef Luke Dale-Roberts was recently in Seoul as a guest chef at the 2009 Amazing Korean Table. “The experience in Seoul was out of this world,” says Luke. “I enjoyed the challenge of trying out new ingredients and adapting them to fit within my cuisine.
