Chef Brad Ball teams up with Culture Club Cheese for a pop-up feast

Chef Brad Ball of Peddlars & Co., Volare and Graciales in Constantia has teamed up with Cape Town’s first dedicated cheese bar, Culture Club Cheese, for a pop-up dinner this Friday 28 August. The experience will have diners indulging in a five-course culinary collaboration between Brad and cheese king Luke Williams.

The menu will feature some of Brad’s signature dishes, like crispy pork belly with apricot salted caramel and creamy pillows of ricotta gnudi, but incorporating delicious cheeses from Bree Street’s cheese HQ. Beautiful wines from Mischa Wine Estate will be paired with each course.

Known for delivering simple dishes that celebrate locally-sourced produce, free-range meat, and of course, artisanal cheeses, Brad promises an exclusive evening of feasting where guests can “expect the unexpected”.

The dinner will start at 7pm. Booking is essential as there are only 20 seats available. Tickets are R350 per person. To reserve your spot, contact Jessica Merton on 072 696 7569 or email cultureclubcheese@gmail.com.
