This eatery offers world-class coffee and freshly baked pastries, try their famous Croissants Chocolate aux Amandes (R55) with their deliciously freshly brewed coffee (R28 to R50), and if you’re looking for a feast opt for their Steampunk Benedict (R 128). Open Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 6 pm and Sunday from 8 am to 4 pm.

Jason Bakery (Green Point)

This restaurant/bakery serves hot, fresh-from-the-oven baked goods and fantastic coffee. Serving breakfast every Tuesday to Sunday from 7 am to 12 pm, perfect for the grab-and-go type and the brunch lovers, Their breakfast menu offers patrons a variety of options to choose from so be sure to pop by.

The Pantry is well known for its quick counter, which allows you more time to enjoy their yummy smoothies and soft and crispy bakes. Open every Monday to Sunday from 6:30, perfect for the early risers. Grab a smoothie (R40 to R50) or their Morning specials (Americano and Cappuccino from R16 to 20).

Four and Twenty Café and Pantry (Wynberg, Cape Town)

Upon entering, expect a welcoming aroma of freshly baked bread, cakes, and pastries made with fresh and seasonal ingredients sourced from local suppliers. They have a wide selection of menu items and treats combined with excellent coffee and specialty drinks to create the perfect start to your morning. Try their breakfast bowl, deliciously filled with only the freshest seasonal fruits and granola (R98), or the Shakshuka with perfectly poached eggs in tomato smoor served with toast on the side (R128).

Coco Safar (Sea Point)

Coco Safar is an out-of-the-ordinary café experience featuring a retro-chic and relaxed French-style café setting. Making sure to meet every expectation from their famous croissants and finest coffees to freshly baked breads and pâtisserie, Breakfast is served from 7 am to 12 pm every weekday and 7 am to 1 pm on weekends. Indulge in their croissant waffles with fresh strawberries, clotted cream, and salted caramel (R135), or simply go for the 3-egg omelet with mushrooms, tomato, and feta for R115.
