Kaiseki is a traditional Japanese multi-course meal that showcases the elegance and precision of Japanese haute cuisine. This unique experience is now available at TANG, which is inviting guests to immerse themselves in the artistry and tradition of this extraordinary journey.

The restaurant is offering five- or eight-course kaiseki meals that highlight seasonal flavours crafted from the finest, locally sourced ingredients.

“We are excited to present this beautiful and intricate Japanese dining tradition to our guests. Our five- and eight-course Kaiseki experiences offer an opportunity to not only savour exceptional dishes but also to appreciate the artistry behind every plate,” said Vixa Kalenga, Executive Chef of TANG Hospitality Group, the Pan-Asian dining brand known for its innovative fusion of Japanese izakaya and Cantonese flavours. “This experience reflects our ongoing commitment to offering the highest level of luxury dining, where each course is a testament to both innovation and the timeless tradition of Japanese cuisine.”

This multi-course meal features some of TANG’s signature dishes. Diners will be treated to the rock shrimp, offering a crispy yet tender texture, and the exquisite beef tenderloin, perfectly cooked to a melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The Angry Duck, bold and flavourful, delivers a spicy kick that balances its rich, savoury profile. Every dish is thoughtfully presented within the framework of a traditional Kaiseki set meal, designed to elevate not only the palate but also the overall dining experience. Each course harmonises with the next, creating a symphony of taste, texture and visual beauty.

More than just an exquisite meal, guests will be treated to a beautiful dining space that combines luxury with high energy to create an atmosphere perfectly suited to enjoying these thoughtfully crafted dishes.
