Situated on the banks of the Touw River in the Wilderness National Park, this is the perfect backdrop for Chef Lizelle’s fantastic five-course table d’hote contemporary South African dinner. Try caramelised pearl onions with herb salad, biltong shavings and blaauwkranz cheese quenelles for starters, while main courses such as rack of lamb with ratatouille-stuffed mieliepap cannelloni and pinotage reduction are excellent.The menus change regularly but look out for superbly moreish combinations. The wine list is just as good as the food.
