In 2018, the Eat Out Graham Beck Chefs’ Chef Award (the only award at the Eat Out Mercedes-Benz Restaurant Awards with a winner chosen by fellow chefs) went to two chefs for the first time ever – Ivor Jones of Chefs Warehouse Beau Constantia and Chris Erasmus of Foliage.
