In his relatively brief career, Kyle has accumulated a lot of valuable experience. He previously commanded the kitchen at Eike and assumed the role of Group Head for the Bertus Group, working closely with the esteemed South African chef, Bertus Basson.

What sets Kyle apart is his passion for food and his keen senses for discovering unique and intriguing ingredients. On his days off, you’ll often find him foraging, whether it’s mushrooms or mussels, driven by a deep curiosity about the origins of his ingredients. Kyle is also an avid gardener, emphasising the importance of knowing the source of his food. He champions local produce, practices nose-to-tail eating, and celebrates the use of seasonal ingredients.
