Fusion in Silvervause Centre, which you’ll find on the corner of Silverton and Vause roads, is offering a lunch menu with all dishes costing R65. And they’re not ordinary. On the cards are the likes of grilled marlin on an apple, fennel and beetroot salad, wild boar belly with braised red cabbage and Asian noodles, and a wild mushroom, barley and bulgur wheat salad. To top it off, if you order a starter from the menu, you’ll get a free coffee.
