This year marks a three-decade dedication to excellence since the very first vintage of Graham Beck Cap Classique was crafted from their state-of-the-art cellar in the scenic Robertson Valley. 2020 also heralds Cellar Master Pieter “Bubbles” Ferreira’s 30th year at the helm of Graham Beck’s production. Pieter has been instrumental in establishing the brand’s leading reputation for quality and innovation.

As part of this momentous milestone, eight renowned local chefs were invited to join in on the celebrations through the Chefs Series showcase. Each chef shares their most cherished Graham Beck memory and prepares their ultimate dish to complement their favourite Cap Classique in the portfolio.

To pay tribute to Graham Beck’s 30^th vintage anniversary, an exclusive commemorative 30^th Celebratory Magnum was released. This elegant Cap Classique is a tailor-made blend and a timeless expression of the finest terroir made even more special with the use of a rare liqueur d’expedition (dosage) – initiated three decades ago as part of the cellar’s perpetual reserve.

The Graham Beck bubbly maestro also worked his magic in the kitchen! Pieter pairs this special limited release Magnum with a paella and reflects on a remarkable journey in pursuit of the perfect bubble.
