Dial-a-picnic has a wide variety of picnic options available for any occasion. They have you covered from baby and bridal showers to high teas and corporate picnics. Other picnic options include the Titbit picnic with smoked chicken, boerenkaas, preserved figs and salad greens on a ciabatta roll, mixed dried fruit, crisps, Lindt chocolate truffles and a juice box for R125 per person. Else go for the high tea picnic, which features a selection of finger sandwiches plus sweet and savoury treats for R290 per person.

Kirstenbosch Tea Room (Newlands)

Pre-order a picnic basket from the Kirstenbosch Tea Room for R250 and enjoy the sunshine and amazing views from your spot on the expansive lush lawns. The basket includes a salad and a sandwich of your choice, dessert and a drink. Salad options include a house mixed salad, Mexican spicy grilled chicken and avo salad, and a Japanese-inspired veggie-and-quinoa salad.

The Picnic Company (City Bowl and Surrounds)

The Picnic Company prepares and delivers delicious picnic baskets from its range of 21 different picnic options. The options include the Filler Upper picnic for one (R100), the special moments picnic for two (R575), the party pack picnic for kids (R145), and a PC Boardroom lunch platter (R1100). They also create custom picnics according to your particular needs.
