Feast your senses on a multitude of food themes and gourmet zones all in one location

‘Fresh’ is the golden thread that ties everything in this year’s show together. The show’s narrative will be to showcase urban farming and gardens, take a look at food markets, and track the move towards more sustainable lifestyles. There will also be demonstrations on the latest in nutrition and a number of unique sensory experiences.

Alongside the educational element, foodies will still be able to experience the latest and greatest in the culinary scene with street food stalls, baking demos and an exciting new-look wine area featuring an interactive wine pairing theatre. Here visitors can look forward to special tastings, talks, and a wine smell wall, as well as wine-and-food pairing sessions designed to turn enthusiasts into connoisseurs.

A significant part of the show this year is the presentation of new trends and experiences. The international and local chefs, special guests and speakers will bring the themes to life through cooking demonstrations, masterclasses and book signings. Visitors will be able to actively engage in personal interactions with chefs and guests alike about wine, baking, and health and wellness.

The exciting line-up of headline chefs and food personalities include MasterChef Australia’s George Calombaris, Vanessa Marx, Jenny Morris, Sarah Graham, Kamini Pather, Siba Mtongana, Neill Anthony, and musician and aspiring chef, J’Something.
