At the international launch of the guide, in Monaco, our very own Margot Janse – star chef of Le Quartier Français in Franschhoek, was lauded for her culinary excellence, receiving a trophy at the event (click here for more on this). Other top chefs were celebrated too.
Interestingly, the ‘Relais Gourmands’ collectively hold more than 300 Michelin stars worldwide.
