Food

The Lebanese Bakery is a superb, understated & authentic experience. Very warm and welcoming Lebanese hospitality, there was clearly a great pride in the food on offer and a sincere willingness to share the experience, it almost felt like being welcomed into someone’s home.

The food delivered on that promise, the Mezze went well beyond the traditional offerings and every morsel was packed with flavour, from the succulent & spiced dolmades, straight from the steamer, through to the Mezze platter and the traditional breads that followed.

Gloriously nutty falafels with rich tahini & pickled cucumbers. Also on offer were a decent selection of all-day breakfast items as well a number of other traditional breads, all coming from a big oven in the front of the shop. Superb value for money.

Drinks

Good selection of soft drinks and freshly squeezed juices (fruit and vegetable) snf smoothies. Superb coffee.

Service

Excellent service from Fatima, very knowledgeable on the entire menu, and she suggested a comprehensive selection of their offering. Her suggestions were spot on.

Ambience

A great, noisy bustling cafe/ deli. Limited seating but very comfortable, giving a great view of all the food being prepared
