Sunday lunch cooked by Eat Out star chefs? Count us in

Throughout the month of August, chef Ryan Cole of Eat Out 3-star restaurant, Salsify at The Roundhouse, will be host to a series of unforgettable Sunday lunches, inviting some of the industry’s finest chefs to join him.

Each chef will work closely with Ryan to curate an eight-course menu that showcases their culinary philosophy, signature style, and the abundance of winter produce found in Cape Town. Guests can expect an array of flavours, techniques, and cooking styles.

These collaborative lunches aim to bring friends together around the table, fostering moments of shared laughter, captivating conversations, and delectable cuisine paired with fine wines.

Ryan is known for his commitment to hyper-local and hyper-sustainable cooking and has curated an impressive line-up of chefs who share his culinary ethos.

The series kicks off with a reunion, where Ryan will cook with Luke Dale Roberts, formerly of The Test Kitchen, where Ryan worked as executive chef before taking the reins at Salsify.
